Between the Silver Lining

We start with the moral compass first,

Suffering for nothing is the worst.

We need an instrument

Of direction,

For the corruption

Behind our corrections.

Life has a habit…

Of bringing together,

The right people,

At the wrong times.

Walk with me,

These roads of dreams,

Through glass tunnels meeting the sky,

Transparent of hopes

Transmitting lights…

Ethereal figures, our shadows

Running away from us,

In this unsubstantial time.

Vague words traveling,

On parallel tracks…

Harmony.

  1. I think you said something about me in all of this… or maybe it just feels that way. Thank you for this piece – it resonates with where I am in my life. Much love!
